By accessing or using thesuitepass.com or booking a property through The Suite Pass, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Al acceder o usar thesuitepass.com o reservar una propiedad a través de The Suite Pass, aceptas los siguientes Términos y Condiciones. Por favor léelos cuidadosamente antes de hacer una reserva.

1. Services

The Suite Pass provides property management and rental brokerage services — connecting guests with verified Tafer Residence Club members who make their unused points available for rental. The Suite Pass acts solely as an intermediary and is not the owner, lessor, or operator of any resort property.

The Suite Pass provee servicios de gestión y correduría de rentas — conectando huéspedes con socios verificados de Tafer Residence Club que ponen sus puntos sin uso disponibles para renta. The Suite Pass actúa únicamente como intermediario y no es propietario, arrendador ni operador de ninguna propiedad.

2. Booking & payment

2. Reserva y pago

• Deposit: A 40% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. The remaining 60% is due no later than 7 days before check-in.
• Anticipo: Se requiere un anticipo del 40% para confirmar cualquier reserva. El 60% restante se paga a más tardar 7 días antes del check-in.
• Payment methods: Credit card, debit card (via Stripe), and international bank transfer (via Wise).
• Métodos de pago: Tarjeta de crédito, débito (vía Stripe) y transferencia internacional (vía Wise).
• Currency: All prices are quoted exclusively in U.S. Dollars (USD), without exception. If you pay using a non-USD banking instrument, the applicable exchange rate is determined by your bank or payment provider at the time of the transaction.
• Moneda: Todos los precios se cotizan exclusivamente en dólares estadounidenses (USD), sin excepción. Si usted paga con un instrumento bancario en otra moneda, el tipo de cambio aplicable es determinado por su banco o proveedor de pago al momento de la transacción.

Because our suites are sourced from verified Tafer Residence Club members — not from traditional hotel inventory — each confirmed reservation locks real points and availability on your behalf. We encourage you to plan carefully before confirming, so we can continue making these exclusive rates available to every guest.

Debido a que nuestras suites provienen de socios verificados de Tafer Residence Club — no de inventario hotelero tradicional — cada reservación confirmada bloquea puntos y disponibilidad reales en tu nombre. Te invitamos a planear cuidadosamente antes de confirmar, para que podamos seguir poniendo estas tarifas exclusivas a disposición de cada huésped.

• More than 60 days before check-in: 50% refund of the deposit paid.
• Más de 60 días antes del check-in: reembolso del 50% del anticipo pagado.
• 60 days or less before check-in: No refund.
• 60 días o menos antes del check-in: sin reembolso.
• Peak Holiday periods (Dec 20 – Jan 3 and Easter week): Non-refundable after 15 days from the booking date.
• Periodos Peak Holiday (20 dic – 3 ene y Semana Santa): no reembolsable después de 15 días desde la fecha de reserva.

Given the nature of this service, we recommend planning your dates, group size and destination with confidence before requesting a reservation.

Dada la naturaleza de este servicio, recomendamos definir con certeza tus fechas, grupo y destino antes de solicitar una reservación.

4. Check-in & check-out

4. Check-in y check-out

Check-in and check-out times follow the specific policy of each resort. As a general reference, most properties observe check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges operated and managed directly by the resort — The Suite Pass has no control over these fees.

Los horarios de check-in y check-out se rigen por la política específica de cada resort. Como referencia general, la mayoría de las propiedades manejan check-in a las 4:00 PM y check-out a las 11:00 AM. El check-in anticipado o check-out tardío está sujeto a disponibilidad y puede generar cargos adicionales operados y gestionados directamente por el resort — The Suite Pass no tiene control sobre estos cargos.

5. Guest certificate & additional fees

• Guest certificate: $45 USD per reservation, paid by the guest directly to Tafer Residence Club at check-in. Grants full access to resort facilities.
• Certificado de huésped: $45 USD por reserva, pagado por el huésped directamente a Tafer Residence Club al check-in. Otorga acceso completo a las instalaciones del resort.
• All-inclusive: Optional. $155 USD per person per day (minimum 3 days), contracted directly with the resort at check-in. Not included in the reservation price.
• All-inclusive: Opcional. $155 USD por persona por día (mínimo 3 días), contratado directamente con el resort al check-in. No incluido en el precio de la reserva.
• Local taxes: Environmental fees and VISITAX (Quintana Roo) are the responsibility of the guest, per local regulations.
• Impuestos locales: Las cuotas ambientales y VISITAX (Quintana Roo) son responsabilidad del huésped, según la normativa local.

6. Guest responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damages to resort property during their stay. No smoking inside units (resort policy). No pets unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Guests must comply with all resort rules and regulations.

Los huéspedes son responsables de cualquier daño a la propiedad durante su estancia. No se permite fumar dentro de las unidades (política del resort). No se permiten mascotas salvo confirmación expresa por escrito. Los huéspedes deben cumplir todas las reglas y reglamentos del resort.

7. Limitation of liability

7. Limitación de responsabilidad

The Suite Pass is not liable for loss, theft, damage to personal property, or injuries during a guest's stay. We are not responsible for changes to resort policies, amenities, or operations made unilaterally by Tafer Residence Club. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the specific reservation at issue.

The Suite Pass no es responsable por pérdida, robo, daño a la propiedad personal o lesiones durante la estancia del huésped. No somos responsables por cambios a las políticas, amenidades u operaciones del resort hechos unilateralmente por Tafer Residence Club. En ningún caso nuestra responsabilidad excederá el monto total pagado por el huésped por la reserva específica en cuestión.

8. Governing law

8. Ley aplicable

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or the courts of the applicable Mexican jurisdiction.

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de México. Cualquier disputa se resolverá mediante negociación y, de ser necesario, mediación o los tribunales de la jurisdicción mexicana aplicable.
